HIGH INTENSITY OUTPATIENT – THRIVEWELL AT ATA BELLEVUE

Thrive Well at ATA Bellevue offers a structured high-intensity outpatient program Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. It provides comprehensive care for substance use issues, addressing physical health, nutrition, and mental well-being holistically.

Each participant receives a thorough substance abuse Evaluation to tailor a personalized treatment plan for substance abuse. Our experienced substance abuse counselors guide individuals through weekly individual therapy sessions and enriched treatment programming, including yoga, meditation training, Dialectical Therapy skills group, and a weekly physical wellness group. Additionally, weekly appointments with our medical team ensure comprehensive care and support.

The duration of care varies based on individual needs, typically ranging from two to four weeks. Thrive Well provides a supportive environment where individuals can thrive on their journey to recovery.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP) AT ATA BELLEVUE

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers three weekly group sessions, allowing flexibility for work and family commitments. Evening sessions from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM are available via telehealth, reducing commuting time.

Our IOP curriculum includes essential components such as meditation training, relapse prevention, coping skills, and psychoeducation. These elements combine to provide a solid foundation for recovery.

The duration of our Intensive Outpatient Program typically spans eight to twelve weeks, allowing participants the time needed to fully engage with the program and achieve lasting results.

   LOW INTENSITY OUTPATIENT PROGRAM AT ATA BELLEVUE

Our Low Intensity Outpatient Program (LIOP) offers ongoing support through weekly 1.5-hour group sessions, spanning an estimated duration of three to six months. This program is specifically designed to provide crucial substance abuse treatment plan support during the early phases of recovery.

We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer a variety of day and time options throughout the week to accommodate diverse schedules. Additionally, we provide. Our co-occurring group, facilitated by a trained mental health counselor, addresses mental health, trauma, and substance abuse counselors. We also offer a relapse prevention group, aimed at comprehensively exploring the situations, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to recurrent episodes of substance use.
